Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, drive solutions, and ensure quality through testing.

Responsibilities include designing configurations, diagnosing issues, and delivering enhancements while leading a small team and staying current on system updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting one or more enterprise business systems.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results in operational efficiency or service quality.
• Strong understanding of business processes, with the ability to translate requirements into scalable system configurations.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and experience supporting internal and external audits with access and change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing.
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements; stay current on system updates and releases.
