Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure data integrity within the HR domain.

The role requires 5–7 years configuring enterprise systems, leadership of a small team, and knowledge of SOC II compliance and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects
• Strong business process understanding and translation to configurations
• Experience leading a small team, hiring, coaching, performance management
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and audits
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems.
• Design, configure, maintain functionality, diagnose issues, deliver enhancements
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure quality through testing
• Identify and implement process and automation improvements and stay current on updates
