Job summary

Guild seeks a Senior Workday Manager to own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related People Systems, ensuring reliability and alignment to business processes.

You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver scalable solutions, and ensure quality through testing, while driving continuous improvement and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of leading improvement projects with measurable results.
• Experience leading and developing a small team, including hiring and coaching.
• Knowledge of SOC II compliance and supporting audits with access/change controls.
• Knowledge of Agile or other iterative project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own the configuration, administration, and day-to-day operation of Workday and related systems, ensuring reliability and data integrity.
• Design, configure, and maintain system functionality; diagnose issues and deliver enhancements and releases.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and ensure quality through testing.
