Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure, report, test, and consult to meet business needs, collaborating with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Workday Absence/Core HCM configuration, strong documentation skills and a proactive mindset to improve processes and automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, BA or related field.
• Minimum two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to translate Talent needs into system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, including notifications and embedded analytics.
• Manage global leave, accruals, eligibility rules and carryover.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields; ensure data integrity.
• Support release testing and enable new features with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll, and vendors.
• Maintain security groups and Docs/mass distribution.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests.
• Document requirements and test plans; track project status.
• Support automation and process optimization initiatives.
