Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM. You will handle configuration, reporting, projects, new releases and troubleshooting to meet business needs.

Collaboration with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and leaders ensures alignment with strategic goals. The role requires 2+ years of Workday Absence and Core HCM experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor’s

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, BA or related field is required.
Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
Strong analytical, communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Configure business processes, notifications, rules and analytics in Workday Absence and HCM.
Configure global leave, accruals, eligibility, carryovers and related workflows.
Build, revise and test reports with calculated fields and data integrity checks.
Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
Support releases, testing and feature enablement with Talent, IT and Finance.
Maintain security groups and configure Docs and mass distribution.
Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and project status.
