Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure processes, reports and security, collaborating with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll to meet business needs.

The role requires at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM experience, strong communication, and analytical skills, with a focus on process improvements and effective project support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) required
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration required
• Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to collaborate across teams

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM processes
• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules and related workflows
• Build, revise and test reports and security groups; support testing and releases
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll to align Workday with business needs
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans; manage stakeholder relationships
