Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure processes, build reports, and coordinate releases with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, strong analytic and collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement in a flexible,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years' experience with Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, rules, analytics and sub-processes.
• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules and carryovers.
• Build, revise and test reports, including calculated fields and data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and/or Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support Workday release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas.
• Maintain security groups and create new ones as needed.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and priorities.
• Document business requirements, solution designs and testing plans.
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors.
