Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure business processes, leave plans and security groups while coordinating with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and vendors to ensure alignment with business needs.

This role requires a minimum of two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, strong reporting skills, and the ability to

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration
• Experience configuring business processes, leave and time off plans, accruals and rules
• Proficient with reporting in Workday and security governance

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, condition rules, analytics and sub-processes
• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, waiting periods, carryover rules
• Build, revise and test reports, including calculated fields and data integrity
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions
• Support Workday release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas
• Maintain security groups and Docs mass distribution
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and project status
• Document business requirements, solution designs and testing plans
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors
