Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization, and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud, and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure processes, manage reports, and collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll, and external vendors to align Workday with business needs.

The role requires at least two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, condition rules, embedded analytics and sub-processes.
• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, waiting periods, carryover rules.
• Build, revise and test reports with calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and/or Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support Workday release assessments and testing for Absence and other areas.
