Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support the delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM. You will configure business processes, build reports, and collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT and Payroll to align Workday with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Experience in configuring business processes, reports, and security in Workday.
• Familiarity with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication, documentation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes including notifications, condition rules and analytics.
• Maintain global leave/time off plans, accruals and eligibility rules.
• Build, revise and test Workday reports and calculated fields.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Coordinate feature releases with Talent, IT and Finance teams.
• Maintain security groups and access controls within Workday.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and statuses.
• Document requirements, designs and testing plans for projects.
• Support HR Compliance with process improvements and automation.
