Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure business processes, including notifications, rules, and analytics.
• Maintain global leave, accruals, eligibility rules, and related workflows.
• Build and test reports with calculated fields and ensure data integrity.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Coordinate feature releases with Talent, IT and Finance; support testing and documentation.
