Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to optimize and maintain Workday Absence, Skills Cloud, and related Core HCM areas. You will configure processes, build reports, and collaborate with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and vendors to align Workday with business needs.

The role requires at least two years of Workday Absence experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. The position supports flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
• Professional demeanor with diplomacy, confidentiality and client-facing communication.
• Strong documentation and data integrity skills.
• Ability to collaborate across Talent, IT, Payroll and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain global leave and time off plans, accruals, eligibility rules, waiting periods, carryover rules, and related processes.
• Build, revise and test reports, including calculated fields and data integrity checks.
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions.
• Support Workday release assessments and testing; coordinate new features with Talent, IT and Finance.
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM requests and document progress.
