Job summary

Crowe is seeking a Workday Absence & HCM Senior Analyst to support delivery, optimization and maintenance of Workday Absence, Skills Cloud and Core HCM across the organization. You will configure business processes, reports, security groups, and integrations while collaborating with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll and external vendors to align Workday with business needs.

The role requires a minimum of two years' Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration experience, a Bachelor's degree, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum two years of experience in Workday Absence and Core HCM configuration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with diverse stakeholders
• Experience with Workday security and rollout of new features
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience collaborating with Talent Solutions, IT, Payroll, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain global leave and time-off plans, accruals and eligibility rules
• Configure business processes, notifications and condition rules
• Build and test reports, calculated fields and ensure data integrity
• Manage EIB templates and Mass Operations Management solutions
• Support Workday release assessments and coordinate feature enablement
• Maintain security groups and access controls
• Own Absence, Time Off, Skills Cloud and Core HCM configurations and related requests
• Document business requirements and testing plans
• Collaborate with Talent Solutions and external vendors to optimize integrations
