Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as enterprise subject matter expert for compensation and Total Rewards technology.

You will design, configure, test, implement, and optimize scalable Workday compensation solutions, partnering with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to meet business objectives while complying with regulatory requirements and enhancing the associate experience.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR technology or HRIS leadership.
• 5+ years Workday configuration experience in Advanced Compensation.
• Experience configuring annual planning, merit, bonuses.
• Requirements gathering and design translation.
• Experience leading testing activities (Unit/SIT/UAT) and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday Compensation configurations and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology.
• Evaluate requirements and translate into scalable system capabilities.
• Drive automation and process optimization; governance activities.
