Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to architect, configure, and optimize compensation solutions across the enterprise. You will partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to drive scalable, compliant programs and ongoing improvements.

You will lead complex Workday initiatives, advise senior leaders on governance and investments, and mentor teammates while ensuring accurate annual planning, incentives, and statements across the organization.

Qualifications

7+ years of HR technology or enterprise systems experience.
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration with deep Compensation expertise.
Experience configuring annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus and incentive programs.
Experience gathering requirements and translating complex needs into scalable Workday solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and ongoing support of Workday Compensation solutions.
Serve as the functional owner for compensation processes including planning, eligibility, salary structures, and one-time payments.
Partner with Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology stakeholders to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
Provide governance, release management support, and advanced troubleshooting for critical production issues.
