Job summary
Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as the enterprise SME for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards technology solutions.
You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tech stakeholders to design, configure, implement, and optimize scalable compensation systems that support business goals and regulatory requirements. The role leads strategy, design, testing, and ongoing support for compensation processes, including annual planning, merit, bonuses, salary
Qualifications
- 7+ years of HR technology, HRIS, or enterprise systems experience, leading complex configuration initiatives.
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience with deep expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Experience configuring and supporting compensation processes (planning, merit, bonus, salary structures, one-time payments).
Responsibilities
- Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Compensation solutions.
- Collaborate with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to optimize enterprise-wide solutions.
- Provide governance, release management, and advanced troubleshooting for production issues.
