Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to serve as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards technology solutions.

You will design, configure, implement, and optimize scalable compensation processes across annual planning, incentive programs, salary structures, and one-time payments. This is a senior, highly visible, fully remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in HR technology or HRIS, with leadership of complex configuration initiatives.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, especially Advanced Compensation and HCM functionality.
• Experience configuring and supporting compensation processes including annual planning, merit, bonuses, salary structures, and one-time payments.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate needs into scalable Workday capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design, configuration, testing, and implementation of Workday Compensation solutions.
• Partner with Compensation, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tech stakeholders to optimize enterprise compensation processes.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement through governance and automation.
