Job summary

Humana, Inc. seeks a Workday Compensation Configuration Lead to act as the enterprise expert for Workday Compensation and Total Rewards. The role designs, configures, tests, and implements scalable compensation solutions that support business goals and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate across HR, Finance, Payroll, and Technology to maximize value of the Workday platform. As a senior SME, you will influence strategy, mentor teammates, and drive governance, automation, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, or related field.
7+ years of HR technology or HRIS experience.
5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience.
Experience configuring compensation processes including planning, merit, bonuses.
Experience gathering requirements and translating into scalable Workday solutions.
Experience leading testing activities (unit, SIT, UAT) and deployments.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, design, and configuration of Workday Compensation.
Implement and optimize compensation processes and statements.
Partner with Compensation, Total Rewards, HR, Finance, Payroll, and Tech to deliver enterprise-wide solutions.
Lead testing activities and production deployment.
Mentor configuration professionals and advise leadership on governance.
