SullivanCotter Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and benchmark positions, focusing on delivering high-quality client experiences.

You will research industry data, determine appropriate salary levels and titles, and support report writing and proposals. This remote/hybrid role supports clients nationwide, with base salary range $77,700 to $116,500 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is required.
• 2+ years of business experience with data analysis, financial modeling or presentation design.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate findings clearly.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance.
• Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, and survey analyses.
• Assist with writing reports and proposals and ensure accuracy.
• Support project teams in designing solutions and addressing client issues.
• Respond to client requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
