The role involves market pricing, data gathering, financial modeling, and collaboration with the Client Delivery Team to address client needs and develop effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field required; emphasis in finance or economics preferred.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills; proficient with data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking with guidance.
• Research data to determine appropriate salary levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses and financial modeling.
• Assist with report writing, proposals and accuracy checks.
• Support project team with design alternatives and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client requests and participate in team meetings.
