• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably with data analysis.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze data and present findings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels and titles for positions.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses, and financial modeling with guidance.
• Assist with report and proposal writing, and proofread for accuracy.
• Support development of client solutions, including design alternatives and financial impact.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
