Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business-related field (required).
• 2+ years of business-related experience, preferably with data analysis and financial modeling.
• Solid experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking.
• Determine appropriate compensation levels and job titles for positions.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection and survey analyses.
• Assist in writing reports and proposals with accuracy.
• Support client delivery with design of solutions and implementation considerations.
• Respond to client requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
