Job summary

SullivanCotter is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct market pricing and position benchmarking with a laser focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.

The role involves researching industry and client issues, analyzing data to set compensation levels, and supporting report writing and project delivery for client teams. A bachelor's in business and 2+ years of data analysis experience are preferred, with strong Excel and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business field required, with finance/economics/statistics focus preferred.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, especially data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication, organization and writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage deadlines.
• Self-starter with attention to detail and client-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Research industry and client issues, including financial data and rewards practices.
• Gather and analyze data to determine appropriate compensation levels.
• Perform market pricing, peer group selection, survey analyses, interpret compensation data, financial modeling.
• Assist with report writing and proofread for accuracy.
• Support solution design and client delivery team meetings.
• Respond to client-related requests and participate in client delivery team meetings.
