Job summary

SullivanCotter in the United States is seeking a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analyses and position benchmarking, with a laser focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.

You will research market data, determine appropriate salary and title levels, and assist in developing reports, proposals and financial models for healthcare and not-for-profit clients in a collaborative, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis, financial modeling and presentation design.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills essential.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client issues with guidance.
• Research and analyze data to set appropriate compensation levels and titles.
• Perform market pricing, survey analyses and financial modeling with guidance.
• Assist with report writing, proposals and quality proofing.
• Support development of client solutions and communicate findings to teams.
• Participate in Client Delivery Team meetings to align on initiatives.
