Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably with finance/economics/health care administration.
• 2+ years of business-related experience, with data analysis, financial modeling or presentation design.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills and data interpretation ability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with project teams and clients.

• Conduct compensation analyses and benchmarking for positions.
