Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
• 2+ years of business-related experience with data analysis and modeling.
• Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Clear and concise communication tailored to the audience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand industry and client-specific issues with guidance.
• Research, gather and analyze data to determine salary and title levels.
• Conduct market pricing, survey analyses, interpret data and build models.
• Assist with reports and proposals describing objectives, methods and results.
• Support client delivery in developing solutions and evaluating implementations.
• Respond to client requests and participate in Client Delivery Team meetings.
