Motorola Solutions is hiring a Senior Technical Support Engineer to configure and support critical public safety hardware and software for customers nationwide. The role is remote in the United States, with night, weekend, and holiday hours, plus rotational on-call duties.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with strong MS SQL Server and Windows Server experience. You will troubleshoot complex systems, collaborate across teams, and ensure high availability
