Job summary

Motorola Solutions is recruiting for a remote, US-based role within CMSO Software Enterprise Technical Support. The position requires nights, weekends, and holidays with an on-call responsibility, serving as a key technical touchpoint to keep critical public safety networks running smoothly.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience and will configure and support complex hardware and software in public safety environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting MS SQL Server and Windows Server.
• Experience with network and infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Strong problem-solving and client engagement skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support complex hardware and software systems in public safety environments.
• Resolve critical customer issues via phone, email, and web portal.
• Collaborate across technical groups to deliver rapid, high-quality resolutions.
• Troubleshoot system-level software, networking, and third-party components.
• Maintain operational availability of local and remote customer implementations.
