Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced technology contracts professional to lead complex commercial negotiations for AI services and cloud offerings. You will shape templates, playbooks, and risk frameworks, partnering with GTM, Finance, and Operations to streamline the contract lifecycle.

This is a remote US role with high impact on strategic partnerships. You will manage multiple negotiations, deliver practical business guidance, and contribute to special projects under senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 10+ years negotiating technology agreements and complex transactions.
• Proven ability to structure, negotiate and execute sophisticated agreements.
• Strong business judgment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and AI offerings.
• Ability to balance risk and provide practical guidance.
• Experience partnering with GTM, Finance and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex commercial negotiations for AI services, PaaS, SaaS and IaaS.
• Structure, negotiate and close sophisticated agreements.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership and senior stakeholders on enterprise transactions.
• Develop and improve contract templates, playbooks, AI-enabled processes, risk frameworks.
• Drive CLM, including Quote-to-Cash with Finance, Sales, and Operations.
• Advance automation and tooling for contracting processes.
• Translate risks into actionable business recommendations.
• Lead or contribute to high-priority initiatives with senior legal leadership.
• Manage multiple projects and meet demanding deadlines.
