Zusammenfassung

DigitalOcean is seeking a Contracts Director to lead complex enterprise agreements for AI, PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS, reporting to the Associate General Counsel. You will partner with sales and senior stakeholders to structure, negotiate, and close strategic commercial agreements, driving scalable processes and risk-mitigated outcomes.

You will influence GTM strategy, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and lead initiatives to automate contract workflows while maintaining high-quality legal

Qualifikationen

10+ years negotiating complex tech commercial transactions.
Experience structuring and closing enterprise agreements.
Strong understanding of cloud services and AI offerings.
Ability to partner with GTM, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

Negotiate complex commercial arrangements for AI, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
Develop and improve templates, playbooks, and risk-management tooling.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations on contract lifecycle and automation.
Lead or participate in strategic projects as directed by General Counsel.
