DigitalOcean is seeking a Contracts Director to lead complex commercial negotiations for AI, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS in a fast-growing cloud company. You will partner with sales, finance, operations, and product to scale commercial processes and risk management.

Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, you’ll help build templates, playbooks, and tooling, ensuring efficient CLM and compliant deal execution across strategic accounts. Remote-friendly US-based role with broad impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of negotiation experience in technology deals.
• Proven ability to structure and close complex commercial and partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) and AI offerings.
• Ability to partner with GTM, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
• Excellent business judgment and communication with risk translation.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate complex commercial arrangements supporting AI, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Develop templates, playbooks, AI-enabled processes, and risk frameworks.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Operations on Quote-to-Cash and automation.
• Lead or contribute to high-priority projects for General Counsel.
