You will collaborate with Legal, Supply Chain, and business leaders to protect company interests while enabling strategic objectives, including AI, data usage, IP, privacy, and information security considerations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with at least eight years of relevant experience in law, supply chain, contracts, or commercial negotiations; JD with at least five years of relevant experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead the review, drafting, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and strategic supplier contracts.
• Develop and execute tailored negotiation strategies for high-value transactions and enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual risks throughout the contracting lifecycle.
• Advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and risk trade-offs; escalate to Legal Counsel when needed.
• Manage negotiations across professional services, IT hardware/software, equipment, facilities, and other strategic categories.
• Address evolving contractual issues including AI provisions, data usage, IP, privacy, and information security.
• Contribute to contract templates, playbooks, and standardized processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for complex contractual matters and mentor colleagues.
• Balance workload and deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
