Job summary

Senior Counsel role focused on technology transactions, commercial contracts, and AI matters in the United States. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, technology transactions, SaaS agreements and software licenses.
• Advise on AI-related agreements, including data rights and IP matters.
• Support strategic partnerships, technology licensing and product commercialization.
