Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior contracts professional to draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements across suppliers, contractors, and partners. You will manage NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and project contracts, ensuring timely negotiations and adherence to playbooks.

The role requires four+ years of experience in procurement/tech infrastructure contracts, strong risk awareness, and ability to coordinate with legal and business stakeholders globally.

Qualifications

• Relevant legal or contractual qualifications: paralegal, legal executive, or law degree or equivalent.
• At least four years of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience with NDAs, MSAs, framework agreements, and supply contracts.
• Knowledge of liability, indemnities, insurance, IP and termination rights.
• Experience with CLM platforms and electronic signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate NDAs with suppliers, contractors, consultants, and partners.
• Draft and negotiate MSAs, supply agreements, SOFs, and PO terms.
• Support framework agreements, pricing, SLAs, and supplier provisions.
• Prepare and manage construction/project contracts (NEC/JCT/FIDIC/AIA).
• Assess amendments against playbooks; coordinate negotiations.
• Identify and escalate high-risk provisions with recommendations.
• Manage contract execution, approvals, and recordkeeping.
• Maintain contract repository; monitor renewals and obligations.
• Develop templates, clause libraries, and negotiation playbooks.
• Collaborate on tech strategy to improve contract management.
• Report contract pipeline and status to procurement leadership.
