Leidos Engineering seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of substation engineering design projects for electric utility clients across the Northern and Midwestern United States. You will manage cost, schedule, scope, and risks while mentoring other PMs and driving strategic initiatives.

Remote and hybrid work options are available; candidates should be in or near the greater Chicago area to support local clients and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or Related field
• Minimum of Seven (7) years of relevant Project Management experience in electric power
• Experience with electric utilities and understanding of electric power industry
• Experience with portfolio management, contract management and risk mitigation
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of project managers to deliver substation engineering design projects for electric utility clients
• Own portfolio performance: cost, schedule, and scope management
• Drive strategic initiatives for process improvements and efficiencies
• Mentor and develop PM staff and promote collaboration
• Interface with clients and stakeholders to address issues and report progress
