Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Finance or related field.
7+ years of relevant PM experience in electric power or 6+ years with a Master's.
Experience with electric utilities, project financials, bids, and cost estimates.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of project managers to deliver substation engineering design projects.
Own portfolio performance: cost, schedule, and scope management.
Drive strategic initiatives, improve processes and operational efficiency.
Mentor project management staff and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare bids, cost estimates, and responses to RFPs; manage invoicing and AR.
Travel as needed (likely <25%).
