Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to lead top-of-funnel talent identification and pipeline development across Construction, Real Estate Development, and Architecture & Engineering (A+E).

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, CRM systems, and enterprise ATS (e.g., Workday).
• Understanding of construction lifecycles and key operational roles (Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Architect, MEP Engineer).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft high‑conversion outreach.

Responsibilities

• Mine social media, platforms, and databases to uncover passive talent.
• Develop and execute advanced Boolean searches and market-mapping.
• Build and nurture talent pools in CRM/ATS to support current and future needs.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
• Craft personalized candidate outreach highlighting Ryan’s culture and value proposition.
• Coordinate handoffs between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers; ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain data integrity and regular pipeline reporting.
