Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to drive top-of-funnel talent identification and engagement across Construction, Real Estate Development, and A+E segments.

You will build and nurture passive talent pipelines, craft personalized outreach, and partner with full-cycle recruiters and leadership to meet strategic hiring needs. The role emphasizes market intelligence, advanced sourcing techniques, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while acting as a brand

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture and Engineering (A+E).
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, CRM systems, and enterprise ATS (Workday).
• Working understanding of construction lifecycles and key operational roles (Superintendent, Project Manager, Estimator, Architect, MEP Engineer).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with high-conversion candidate outreach.

Responsibilities

• Source passive talent using social media, platforms, trade associations, and databases.
• Develop Boolean search strings and market-mapping for niche talent.
• Nurture talent pools in CRM/ATS (Workday) for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Leadership to calibrate job profiles and review pipeline metrics.
