Job summary
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.
You will champion top-of-funnel candidate identification, engagement, and talent pipeline strategies across our Construction, Real Estate Development, and A+E platforms. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM (Workday), and other sourcing tools to map talent, solicit candidates, and maintain pipeline health.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, candidate relationship management systems (CRM), and enterprise ATS (Workday).
- Experience with candidate outreach tools, automated campaign sequencers, or AI-assisted recruitment.
Responsibilities
- Identify passive talent in construction and design disciplines.
- Develop Boolean search strings, market-mapping, and competitive talent intelligence.
- Build and nurture talent pools within CRM/ATS (Workday) to support current and future needs.
- Partner with TA managers and recruiters to calibrate job profiles and coordinate interviews.
