You will partner with full-cycle recruiters and leadership to engage passive talent, craft targeted outreach, and maintain strong candidate relationships over time to support diverse hiring needs. The role emphasizes strategic sourcing, market intelligence, and data-driven recruitment to sustain

Qualifications

• 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience identifying and engaging talent within Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
• Familiarity with campus/early-career pipeline initiatives and regional staffing recovery strategies.
• Experience utilizing candidate outreach tools, automated campaign sequencers, or AI-assisted recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities

• Mine social media, professional networks, and databases to uncover top passive talent.
• Develop and execute Boolean search strings, market-mapping, and talent intelligence strategies.
• Build and nurture talent pools within Workday/CRM for current and future needs.
• Monitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks across operating regions.
