Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sr. Sourcing Specialist to lead top-of-funnel candidate identification and pipeline-building across Construction, Real Estate Development, and A+E disciplines. You will engage passive talent, craft targeted outreach, and partner with TA leadership to drive hiring momentum.

You will manage sophisticated sourcing methods, maintain CRM/Workday records, and ensure a positive candidate experience while aligning talent strategy with business needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting.
• Proven ability to identify and engage passive talent in construction/real estate sectors.
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and CRM/ATS platforms.
• Understanding of construction lifecycle and key operational roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high outreach quality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage passive talent across construction, real estate development, and A+E sectors.
• Develop advanced sourcing strategies, market maps, and competitive intelligence.
• Build and nurture talent pools in Workday/CRM for current and future needs.
• Collaborate with TA Managers, recruiters, and leaders to align profiles and pipelines.
• Coordinate introductions and interview scheduling to maintain momentum.
