Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a proactive Sr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team.

You will lead top-of-funnel candidate identification, engagement, and pipeline development across our platform-spanning Construction, Real Estate Development, and Architecture & Engineering (A+E). You will partner with Full-Cycle Recruiters and leadership to convert passive talent into valued team members.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience identifying and engaging talent in Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
• Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, candidate relationship management systems (CRM), and enterprise ATS (Workday).
• Working understanding of construction lifecycles and project delivery methods (Design-Build, CM at Risk, General Contracting).
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to craft high-conversion candidate outreach.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Communications, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead proactive talent identification across social media, networks, and databases.
• Develop and execute sophisticated search strings and market-mapping techniques.
• Build and nurture talent pools in CRM/ATS to support current and future needs.
• Provide market intelligence on hiring trends and compensation benchmarks.
