Qualifications

• 6+ years of talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or A+E.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CRM systems, and Workday.

Responsibilities

• Identify passive talent across construction and design disciplines.
• Develop and execute market-mapping and advanced sourcing strategies.
• Nurture talent pools in CRM/ATS to support current and future roles.
• Provide data-driven insights on pipeline health and market trends.
• Collaborate with TA Managers and leaders to align hiring profiles.
