Qualifications
- 6+ years of dedicated talent sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Proven experience in Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture & Engineering (A+E).
- Mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search logic, CRM systems, and enterprise ATS (e.g., Workday).
- Working knowledge of commercial construction lifecycles and project delivery methods.
Responsibilities
- Spearhead proactive talent identification across social platforms, networks, and databases.
- Develop advanced sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent intelligence.
- Build and nurture talent pools in CRM/ATS for current and future needs.
- Partner with TA managers and leaders to calibrate roles and review pipeline metrics.
- Coordinate handoffs, scheduling, and communication across recruiters and hiring managers.
