Jobgether is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centered design initiatives for federal government modernization projects. The role focuses on users, processes, technology, and organizations to drive measurable improvements.

You will guide discovery, translate research into strategies, and collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams in a fully remote environment supporting US federal programs.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in service design, UX or related discipline with leadership of complex engagements.
• Strong service design methods, research, systems thinking, and strategic problem solving.
• Proven track record delivering high-impact projects for clients and end users.
• Able to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with product, engineering, data, and research in agile setups.
• Preferred: experience supporting federal government programs, VA experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% depending on location.
