Jobgether is seeking a Senior Service Designer to lead human-centered design initiatives that help federal government agencies modernize complex systems and deliver better digital services. This fully remote role focuses on discovery, research translation, and cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, data, and research teams.

Initial work includes programs supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs, driving measurable improvements in mission-driven contexts.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in service design, UX design, or related field, with demonstrated leadership of complex engagements.
• Strong command of service design methods, research and discovery techniques, systems thinking, and strategic problem-solving.
• Proven ability to translate research into actionable recommendations and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with federal government contexts and stakeholders is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional service design engagements with high-quality, timely delivery.
• Conduct mixed-method research to understand user needs and organizational challenges.
• Map relationships between people, processes, technology, and organizations to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams to define problems and develop solutions.
• Engage clients, validate assumptions, and present service design recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Apply responsible AI tools to accelerate discovery and improve decision-making and service quality.
