- Apply mixed-method research to understand user needs, processes, and tech ecosystems; translate findings into actionable insights.
- Map relationships between people, processes, technologies to identify sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and researchers to align priorities and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Build trusted client relationships, present research findings, and defend design recommendations.
