Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Senior Service Designer based in the United States. You will lead human-centered design initiatives to modernize complex government services, partnering with product, engineering, data, and research teams.

This fully remote role focuses on AI-enabled innovation, discovery, and measurable improvements for federal programs, including work with the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years in service design, UX design, or user research.
• Strong command of service design methods, research and discovery techniques.
• Ability to turn complex and ambiguous challenges into actionable recommendations.
• Proven impact delivering high-value projects for clients, stakeholders, and end users.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation for senior clients.
• Cross-functional collaboration in agile environments.
• Preferred: federal government experience.

Aufgaben

• Lead complex, cross-functional service design engagements, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
• Apply mixed-method research to understand user needs, organizational challenges, and processes.
• Map relationships between people, processes, technology, and organizations for holistic insights.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, researchers, and other specialists.
• Influence client decisions and defend service design recommendations.
• Identify and address project risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges proactively.
• Explore responsible AI tools to accelerate discovery and improve decision-making.
