Qualifications

5+ years of experience in service design, UX design, user research, or related discipline, with leadership of complex engagements.

Responsibilities

Lead complex, cross-functional service design engagements with high-quality, timely delivery.
Apply mixed-method research to understand user needs and translate findings into actionable insights.
Map relationships between people, processes, technologies to identify sustainable improvements.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and research teams to define problems and solutions.
Engage with clients, validate assumptions, present recommendations, and defend service design decisions.
Identify risks and manage delivery quality to align with objectives and stakeholder expectations.
Explore responsible AI-enabled approaches to accelerate discovery and improve outcomes.
