Job summary

Worldwide TechServices seeks a Senior Server Support specialist to diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, deskside systems, ESF, and servers. You will interact with clients to resolve issues promptly and accurately, coordinating with teams to meet service levels.

The role requires technical certification or equivalent, 0–2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel to client sites, including long distances and overnight assignments.

Qualifications

• Education: technical school certification or equivalent, 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical issues with clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support for designated equipment.
• Accept and deliver service calls within SLA.
• Meet customer service satisfaction criteria.
• Complete administrative tasks per policies and guidelines.
• Record real-time reporting of all calls accurately.
• Follow policies and guidelines for service delivery.
• Ensure assets and inventory are controlled and promptly returned.
• Report activity in a timely, accurate manner.
• Understand and follow safety policies and guidelines.
